More importantly you will also receive professional feedback and trainings from our customer service team.

In order to qualify as a panel expert, doctor has to demonstrate a high quality of reporting and complies with service requirements. A number of checks are put in place to insure the quality of our panel. These checks include General Medical Council (GMC) registration, specialist register check, and professional indemnity insurance. Experts’ reports are randomly chosen for review by our quality insurance panel and feedbacks and training will be provided accordingly.  

With our newly improved website feedbacks and training can be provided online. Experts can also upload up-to-date CV, available date for examination and medico report online. On top of this, medical notes can also be accessed online by experts; this eventually shortens the lead time.

Essentially our aim is to improve continually with our experts. This is because at Medical Today we understand the success depends on our experts.
