Obtaining Medical Reports and Records
Obtaining medical records for expert review can be a very time-consuming exercise. At Medical Today we provide the following services for all of the solicitors instructing us.
Once we have received an instruction, an immediate application for records is sent. This is followed up within 3 working days in order to make sure that the relevant authority has the request.
Invoice from GP practices/hospitals are paid immediately up front before the records are received in order to obtain the records more quickly. If the records are not received within 5 working days of payment the system will notify us to make a telephone contact.
